A classic song that doesn’t need much of an introduction.
If you haven’t heard it already, check out Alan White’s isolated drum track on YouTube. The drumming is far more intricate that you probably realise. With that in mind, I’ve simplified the ride pattern — straight 8ths/quavers rather than the broken ride pattern played at times. Try learning it as written, then listen to isolated drums for the bits I’ve left out.
To get the drum sound on the record you’ll want to use a pair of hot rods. I like these ones.
