Here's how I'm currently directing my time:

Work

Projects

  • Five Things â€” Sharing five things every week that I've been enjoying and think you might too
  • Drummer Resources — sharing my drum tuition materials online

Health

  • Playing 5-a-side football and Badminton once a week
  • Meditating once a day for 10 minutes (I'm hit and miss on this one)

  • Walking or cycling rather than driving

Works in progress

  • Spend more time making music
  • Read more long form content (books, blogs) and spend less time reading ephemeral content like Twitter and the news
  • Write more
  • Eat less chocolate 😞
